I placed my order because of a promo they were showing, but the details were confusing until I got to checkout. I thought I was getting one thing, and then it felt like the actual offer was different once I was ready to pay. I even wondered if other people had the same issue or if I just missed something, but support didn’t really clear it up much either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The prices felt high, and I just didn’t feel like I was getting enough for what I paid. Once I was there, I kind of felt trapped into going along with it, but it really didn’t seem worth it to me in the end.

I ordered from golfballplanet.com and the tracking info was disappointing. I got the basic order confirmation email, but after that it felt like my package just disappeared. There wasn’t much visibility into where it was or whether it had even moved.
I don’t mind waiting a little for an order, but I do expect decent updates along the way. I tried reaching out for help and it felt like I got stuck in a support loop, with no clear answer and just more checking on my end. It made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be

I’ve ordered before and thought the loyalty rewards would be a nice bonus, but my points never seemed to show up properly?? Then at checkout, the discount was kind of confusing and I couldn’t really tell if it even applied. I emailed about it, but the response didn’t really clear anything up. Ordering itself might be fine, but the rewards program feels pointless to me.

I ordered some balls and the shipping felt like it worked when it wanted to. Tracking would barely update for days, then randomly show movement, and by the time it finally arrived I had already bought some elsewhere for my weekend round. The product itself was fine once I got it, but the delivery speed was frustrating.

I’d be hesitant to order again unless they actually improve the delivery process and stop hiding behind vague policy wording

I couldn’t really find clear details about recycling, packaging, or what happens to balls that can’t be used anymore, and maybe I just missed it, but it felt like the info wasn’t really there.
For a golf ball company, that matters to me. There’s already so much waste in the game, and I know not every company is perfect, but I do like to see some effort spelled out. Maybe they’re doing more behind the scenes, who knows, but right now it feels too vague, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they explain it better.

The balls were fine overall, nothing really wrong with them, but the return process was slower than I expected. The refund took longer than they said it would, and I ended up having to email twice to check on it. Not ideal, though to be fair, they did eventually sort it out

I got to the payment page and it just made me feel kind of weird, like not fully safe maybe. The security stuff wasn’t very clear, or at least I couldn’t really see what was going on, so I almost just left without buying

i ordered pro v1 balls, but what showed up was just a random mix of used balls instead. definitely not what i was expecting.

I did unsubscribe, so maybe it’ll stop, but it still left me kind of frustrated. I don’t totally hate the company, I’m just not excited to buy again if it means dealing with that all over again...

I ordered some balls from here, and the whole privacy thing just didn’t sit right with me. After checkout I started getting more emails than I expected, and I couldn’t really figure out what they do with your info. Maybe I missed something or it’s buried somewhere in the terms, but I didn’t feel like it was explained clearly. Probably won’t order again.

It was mostly fine. I did notice a few scuffs. Nothing too major, though.

I know companies love to say stuff is “carefully packaged” and all that polished-sounding marketing talk, so I was half expecting the usual. But the balls showed up in decent shape and the box wasn’t all crushed. I do think they could’ve tossed in a bit more paper inside, but nothing was damaged, so I’m happy enough with it.
